7 Ways to Make the Bad Stuff Better During Pregnancy

Kate Horney PicI’m a busy mom, a business owner, a fitness expert and a wife. I’ve been learning the struggles and challenges of being pregnant and having a young son. Some days are sleepless and tiring, but it is so totally worth it! My pregnancy was an adventure, as is being a first time mom!

Looking back, I had a good pregnancy. Not an easy pregnancy, but a good one. Even my worst pregnancy “symptoms” didn’t live up to the horror stories told by many.  I want to share with you what helped me make the most of my pregnancy.

I attribute much of my enjoyable pregnancy to being able to stay active.  I know that for some pregnant women, exercise isn’t an option… But for the mommas who DO have the ability to keep moving, it’s a gift.

Whether or not you CHOOSE to make the most of the gift (aka hit the gym OR hit the couch with some Ben & Jerry’s) is a different story… But if you’re pregnant (and you’re able) there are many benefits to exercising while you wait for your little bundle of joy.
